As part of our service, we may send SMS text messages to notify you about booking confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, and marketing communications. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.
2. Discovery & Intake Call Bookings
- Discovery and intake calls are free of charge and subject to availability.
- Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from Pennywise Tax Strategies.

4. Message & Data Rates Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent by Pennywise Tax Strategies. Contact your wireless carrier for details on your plan.
5. Carrier Disclaimer Pennywise Tax Strategies is not responsible for any charges, delays, or failures in SMS delivery caused by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We ask that you give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a discovery or intake call.
- Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in your ability to book being restricted.
- Pennywise Tax Strategies reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to provide accurate information and treat all staff with respect. Pennywise Tax Strategies reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.
10. No Financial Guarantee Tax strategy and advisory services are provided for informational and planning purposes. Pennywise Tax Strategies does not guarantee specific financial outcomes or tax savings. Results will vary based on individual circumstances.
11. Liability Pennywise Tax Strategies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific service in question.
12. Intellectual Property All materials, content, and resources provided by Pennywise Tax Strategies are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Erie County, Pennsylvania.
